The ARP/20B is a negative temperature upright pastry cabinet designed to store up to 20 trays (600x400 mm). It maintains a high humidity level to ensure optimal storage of fresh pastry products while saving energy. This cabinet is also available prearranged for connection to a remote condensing unit with a valve system.
