The professional bun warmer CB 20 keeps warm the buns for hot-dogs. Water is added into the bottom of the tray to keep the rolls very soft and to control humidity in the drawer.

For easy maintenance, this GN 2/3 bun warmer is equipped with a removable drawer . The Gastronorm GN 2/3 tray placed in the drawer is removable and can be cleaned in a dishwasher.

This professional toaster can be installed placed underneath the sausage roller heater.
