"Our Mixer tilt-head 4.7L - Artisan in 'Light and Shadow' is the culmination of over 100 years of innovation and expertise. With its iconic smooth KitchenAid silhouette, this limited edition is coated in enamel with a sand-toned colour, and comes with a 3-D studded black ceramic bowl to make any moment stand out. Its unique, solid design makes it an extension of your hands, allowing you to express yourself through making. The original planetary action provides fast, thorough mixing, touching the bowl at 59 points per rotation. The mixer can process up to 12 medium egg whites and 1kg of all-purpose flour, 1L of whipped cream, 3.2kg of mashed potatoes or 108 cookies. The accessories for this mixer are all stainless steel for the ultimate in durability. The whisk is for incorporating air into eggs and cream, the paddle (flat beater) is for mixing heavy ingredients and the dough hook is for yeast doughs like bread or pasta. When you've finished, you can pop the bowl and accessories in the dishwasher and wipe over the body.
