The gas griddle PSR 400 G offers unrivalled safety. It is equipped with a safety thermocouple: in the event of a malfunction or gas leak, the thermocouple automatically stops the steel plate for safety.

The juices and grease are drained into the fully removable drawer. The stainless steel collecting tray can be cleaned in a dishwasher. After intensive use and after disconnecting the professional griddle plate, it is possible to deglaze the still hot cooking plate with cold water or some ice cubes.
