Soft Serve Freezer
 Twin Twist

Provide all of the well-liked soft serve options, such as sorbet, yoghurt, custards, and low- or non-fat ice creams. Serve two distinct soft serve flavours or, in a creative twist, an equal mix of the two.

Freezing Cylinder

Two 3.4-quart (3.2-liter) containers. 

Mix Hopper

Two 20-quart (18.9-liter) containers. During Auto and Standby modes, the mix is kept below 41ºF (5ºC) by separate hopper refrigeration (SHR). 

Indicator Lights

To ensure product safety, a digital readout shows the number of hours since the last brush cleaning. Mix The operator is alerted to add mix by low light.  When the mix is low, an audible alarm may be set to sound.  To avoid harm, the machine automatically turns off when the Mix Out light flashes. 

Touch Screen Controls

Touch controls for the microprocessor are integrated into a sturdy tempered glass display. You can choose from a variety of languages.  In order to deliver consistently high-quality soft serve desserts, viscosity is continuously tested. At any time during operation, the temperatures in the freezing cylinders or hoppers can be shown in either Celsius or Fahrenheit. The operator can see how many servings were distributed by using the draw counter.

Standby 

The standby feature keeps the mix hopper and freeze cylinder at safe product temperatures throughout extended periods of inactivity.

Two Locking Casters 

Operators can secure equipment in position by using the locking mechanism on front casters.  
The cleaning equipment can be moved by releasing the lock.

 Door Interlock System

prevents harm to the operator because the beater cannot function without the dispensing door in place.

 Freezer Door

By simply moving the draw handle, a specifically made thermo-plastic door enables rapid product ejection. Standard draw handles are self-closing.
