Qualities
 Provide all of the well-liked soft serve options, such as sorbet, yoghurt, custard, and low- or non-fat ice creams. Serve two distinct soft serve flavours or a comparable one.

Cylinder Freezing 

Two, 1.4 litres, or 1.5 quarts.

Mix-Hopper

Two 7-liter (7.6-quart) containers. In both Auto and Standby modes, separate hopper refrigeration (SHR) keeps the mix below 41ºF (5ºC).

Lights for Indicators

The operator is reminded to add mix by the Mix Low light. When the mix is low, an audible alarm may be set to sound.

Controls that are electronic 

Viscosity-measuring SoftechTM controls keep an eye on the final product's quality. 

 Standby

The Standby feature keeps the mix hopper and freeze cylinder at safe product temperatures over extended periods of inactivity.

Air Purifier

For the best performance from the refrigeration system, the condenser is kept clean with the use of an easily detachable and cleanable air filter.

System of Door Interlocks

prevents harm to the operator because the beater cannot function without the dispensing door in place.
