The Irinox rapid blast chiller quickly cools food to +3°C and deep freezes it to -18°C at the core, even when placed inside straight from the oven.
The principle of blast chilling is to remove heat from food in the shortest possible time. EF Next guarantees ultra-rapid cooling and freezing while preserving fragrance, texture, color, and nutritional properties—locking in freshness and quality for longer.
