Specifications
Gas restaurant series range with large capacity standard oven. Width: 35-7/16" (900 mm); work top depth: 27" (686 mm). Stainless steel front, sides, and 5" (127 mm) wide front rail. Includes 6" (152 mm) legs with adjustable feet.
Equipped with six Starfire-Pro two-piece 33,000 Btuh / 9.67 kW (natural gas) cast open burners set in split cast iron ergonomic grates. Griddle or optional hot top with cast iron “H” style burners, rated at 18,000 Btuh / 5.27 kW (natural gas), available in lieu of open burners.
Features a one-piece oven with porcelain interior and a heavy-duty “keep cool” door handle. The oven is powered by a heavy cast iron “H” style burner rated at 38,000 Btuh / 11.13 kW (natural gas), controlled by an even bake, fast recovery snap action modulating oven thermostat.
Available with convection oven, storage base, or as a modular top model in lieu of the standard oven.
