Cooper Atkins Grill Surface Thermometer
The 3210-08 Grill Thermometer features unique grips for easy removal from the hot grill surface. It features a HACCP reference dial and is NSF certified.
Temp Range: 100°F to 600°F / 50°C to 300°C
Easy To Use: Place thermometer directly on grill surface. The ideal temperature range for a grill surface is 325° to 350°F (163° to 177°C), depending on the meat thickness. Grilling at 400° to 550°F (204° to 288°C) sears meat, evaporating water from juices, leaving a caramelized crust on the serving side.
Easy To Clean: Clean & sanitize after every use. Wash by hand. Do not submerge dial in water. Remove stubborn grease with scouring pad or fine steel wool.
